Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
  • On-page and Off-page Optimization: Optimize web pages, content, and meta tags for search engines while managing backlinking strategies and other off-page factors.
  • Manage all SEO execution: Including but not limited to content editing, optimization and improvements, link building, technical SEO fixes and more.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, page speed, and mobile usability.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Identify high-impact keywords and optimize existing content while guiding content creation to rank for relevant search terms.
  • Content Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to align SEO efforts with content marketing strategies, ensuring all content is optimized for search. Communicate consistently with writers to ensure high-volume high-quality content production at all times.
  • Link-building: Lead efforts to build high-quality backlinks, develop partnerships with relevant sites, and enhance domain authority.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track SEO performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and adjust our approach to stay ahead in organic search rankings..
  • A/B Testing & CRO: Run A/B tests to optimize landing pages and increase conversion rates from organic traffic.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with web developers, content creators, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across all projects.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure continual optimization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Google’s ranking algorithms and SEO best practices, including EEAT, Helpful Content, Core Web Vitals and others.
  • Experience with technical SEO, including handling sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, and resolving crawl issues.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough keyword research, content optimization, and develop effective link-building strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Very good A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or mental health industries.
  • Familiarity with vertical SaaS tools for providers and therapists.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering high ROI.
  • Team-building experience, with a proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
