About the role

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager to fully own and operate our organic growth engine. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll drive strategy and execution across all aspects of SEO—from technical audits to making our content LLMO-ready.

You’ll be supported by a team of part-time writers who can adapt to your processes and scale your ideas. As the channel grows, you’ll also get to hire SEO associates as needed—but the direction and performance of SEO will be in your hands.

What You’ll Do

Own & Scale Organic Growth

  • Scale organic acquisition by taking full ownership of strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization
  • Set up and maintain scalable systems for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Develop and maintain a scalable keyword strategy and structure content around content pillars
  • Continuously monitor and optimize conversion from organic traffic to product sign-ups

Content Planning & Execution

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes across indexing, crawlability, and site structure
  • Optimize content for structure, metadata, internal linking, and search intent alignment
  • Direct a team of part-time writers, providing outlines, briefs, and feedback
  • Analyze competitors and adapt strategy to maintain an edge in organic search
  • Setup, run and optimize A/B tests to improve landing page performance
  • Ensure the product’s features and value proposition are communicated in the right places across all organic content

Leverage Data, AI & LLMO

  • Build performance dashboards to track and report SEO performance (with BI support)
  • Use AI tools and agents (e.g., GPT) to speed up research, optimizing content, and workflow automation
  • Make content LLMO-ready by structuring it for visibility in AI models and LLMs (e.g., structured content, question-based formats, citations)
  • Stay ahead of SEO/LLMO trends and integrate insights into content strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience owning, operating and successfully scaling organic channel
  • Proven experience in exponentially scaling organic channel (preferably for SaaS products, US market)
  • Experience in conducting thorough keyword research, content optimization, and developing effective link-building strategies
  • Experience with technical SEO, including handling sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, and resolving crawl issues
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel—we don’t look for Macro or VBA level proficiency. However, the ability to use and present any data in a meaningful and structured way is a must-have
  • Experience using AI or automation to scale or streamline SEO workflows
  • Bonus: Familiarity with LLMO trends, basic HTML/CSS, proven success in organic socials or other platforms (YT, Medium, Reddit, etc) or experience in SaaS, healthcare, or mental health industries.
