Responsibilities:

• Strategic Design Leadership: Direct the product design process, aligning with business goals and deeply understanding user needs through comprehensive research.
• Comprehensive User Research: Spearhead user testing and research initiatives to inform design decisions and product direction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure design strategies are integrated seamlessly into broader company goals.
• Design System Stewardship: Manage and evolve the design system to support product scalability and maintain a cohesive user experience.
• Agile Approach: Lead the design team through Agile methodologies, adapting quickly to changes and fostering an environment of rapid iteration.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in product design, including leadership roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced setting.
• Expertise in user research, Figma, and rapid prototyping/testing platforms like Maze.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic problem-solving through design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, remote team.
