Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence dashboards and reports in tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, and Google Analytics.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accurate and consistent data flow for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business strategy and product roadmap.
• Perform data modeling and ETL processes to support data warehousing and reporting needs.
• Set up and maintain comprehensive dashboards in Mixpanel, Metabase, and Google Analytics, ensuring data is accurately sent and integrated.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools for advanced data analysis and visualization.
• Translate data analyses into clear business recommendations to enable strategic decision-making.
• Maintain quality assurance metrics and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of BI solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders and drive business value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining BI solutions.
• Proven understanding of business intelligence, data integration, and reporting dynamics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Mixpanel, Metabase, and Google Analytics.
• Advanced understanding of data visualization, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards, performing data modeling, and conducting advanced data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive successful business outcomes.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with setting up and managing data integration processes.
