Responsibilities:

  • Offline Marketing Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage offline marketing initiatives including events, print media, direct mail, and partnerships to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Event Management & Sponsorships: Identify and coordinate participation in key industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Secure sponsorship opportunities to increase brand presence.
  • Brand Activations: Lead experiential marketing initiatives that engage target audiences through innovative and memorable offline campaigns.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Develop relationships with relevant businesses and influencers to execute co-branded marketing activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand target demographics and market trends, ensuring offline strategies align with broader marketing goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the offline marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Collateral Development: Work with the creative team to produce high-quality print and physical marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track the effectiveness of offline campaigns through data analysis and reporting, using insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaboration with Digital Teams: Align offline strategies with digital marketing to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in offline marketing, with a focus on event management, partnerships, and brand activations.
  • Proven success in creating and executing large-scale offline campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Strong sales experience to drive revenue generation from offline marketing and partnership activities.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in building partnerships and securing sponsorships.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and working closely with sales, creative, and digital marketing teams.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to measure campaign performance and adjust tactics for optimal results.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to deliver unique, engaging offline experiences.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and delivering high ROI in offline marketing efforts.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or mental health industries.
  • Familiarity with vertical SaaS tools for providers and therapists.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering high ROI.
  • Team-building experience, with a proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
