Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance note-creation processes using advanced labeling and learning techniques.
• Build interfaces for clinical researchers to evaluate AI model outputs.
• Design and conduct experiments to improve the quality and cost-efficiency of note generation with various AI models.
• Implement and refine Question Answering and Knowledge Retrieval technologies, such as embeddings and RSA.
• Train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically for clinical documentation and tracking therapy progress.
• Establish and maintain an efficient infrastructure for testing, benchmarking, and deploying AI models.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Deep Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience as an ML / DL Engineer, preferably in NLP.
• Skilled in Python and familiar with ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Hugging Face, Docker, Transformer-type models, knowledge retrieval, knowledge graphs, Data Science, LLMs, GPT.

Nice to Have:

• Research experience, particularly in psychology.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably the mental health industry.
• Experience working directly with non technical stuff such as Product Manager, Design, Researchers.
